| Administration / Clerk | The office of the Township Administrator who is also the CEO of the Municipality. The Township Clerk is responsible for the certification of documents related to primary and general elections, issues licenses food establishments, gas stations, dogs and cats; the Clerk is also the local agency for the enforcement and issuance of Alcoholic Beverage Licenses. All birth, death and marriage licenses are issued through the Municipal Clerk's office. |

| Prepares plans and designs specifications for public works projects. Supervises operation, maintenance, and repair of the township’s infrastructure.. | Police Division | The police department responds to approximately 11,000 calls for service annually. These calls for service range from the mundane assisting a motorist opening alocked car door to the response to a crime in progress. | Fire Department | The Springfield Fire Department takes great pride in our Fire Loss record. Through our Public Education efforts, we have been able to reduce our losses significantly. | Springfield Emergency Management | The Emergency Management Office is a department with several components. They are involved at major events in the town as well as in emergency situations.
